So thankful for Richard and TGD! My wall mount stopped working after only a year and a half. He troubleshooted it, spoke to the makers of it, and ordered parts from them. He was persistent with them to get it right. It meant him coming three times to fix it (not his fault...it was the makers of the garage door opener) but he stuck with it making sure I was a satisfied customer. I would for sure use them again!
